Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, our 30-day returns policy makes it easy to send items back for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer support team at hello@alfiesdogden.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
3. Post the item back to us using the returns address provided in your confirmation email.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at hello@alfiesdogden.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
